Onsite Duties will
include:
Review, track, and provide input on PEO Aviation Manpower data. Provide input to the Manpower data collection guidelines. Review and crosswalk data updates provided by Project Offices and HQ staff. Assist the manpower team with answering questions or resolving issues regarding Manpower data updates. Review information used to update the Manpower SharePoint and Human Resources Database (HRDB) sites. Utilize inputs to assess manpower requirements and provide recommendations to the organization's manpower submission. Conduct studies and analysis of organizational structures and functions in connection with proposals for reorganizations, organizational realignments, and restructuring. Participate in collaborative meetings with the G-8 and manpower team. Coordinate and track Government Manpower activities. Establishes the Manpower data collection guidelines. Oversees routine data updates by Project Offices and HQ staff. Assists subordinate offices with answering questions or resolving issues regarding Manpower data updates. Position
Requirements:
Must have demonstrated experience supporting human resources requirements. Must have demonstrated experience working individually and in team environments. Must have experience preparing detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior level leadership, as well as present material orally. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products. Must be able to obtain SECRET Security Clearance.
