The ideal candidate has 13 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will begin your career focusing on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. This role prepares you for future management opportunities, with a clear pathway to leading your own location. While there is no fixed timeline for promotion, as it depends on market growth, role availability, and performance, our goal is to develop our leadership team for future opportunities.

We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs can earn up to $45,000 annually based on performance.

As a General Manager in Training, you will:

Achieve performance goals related to Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets Provide exceptional guest experiences, measured by our Service Level Standard scores Manage daily front desk operations Assist the General Manager in overall business management Train, monitor, and coach team members, including in-the-moment coaching Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new front desk staff Educate clients on our services and benefits Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately Maintain spa cleanliness standards Handle administrative tasks such as sales reporting, register operations, and cash handling The GMIT role involves a varied schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is preferred.

Role Requirements:

Passion for customer service and people Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel occasionally for training and conferences Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Fast learner with a positive attitude Computer skills, including MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti or similar systems is a plus Strong team player with the ability to work independently Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking Critical thinking and customer conflict resolution skills We cant wait to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
