Manager, Cyber Penetration Tester
to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a
remote work opportunity . Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed network and web application penetration tests Perform red teaming exercises to assess security detection capabilities Engage in AI Red Teaming to enhance AI system security Facilitate security assessments and manage vulnerability resolution Stay current with security trends and techniques Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience in cybersecurity, focusing on penetration testing, red teaming, AI security, cloud security, and assessments Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications such as GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, and Azure certifications are highly valued Experience with security threats, assessment methodologies, and security principles, including network and cloud security, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP, PTES, and NIST Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell); familiarity with adversarial ML techniques and frameworks Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and in teams Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship KPMG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and well-being benefits.
