Manager, Cyber Penetration Tester

to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a

remote work opportunity . Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed network and web application penetration tests Perform red teaming exercises to assess detection capabilities Engage in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Red Teaming to improve AI system security Facilitate security assessments and manage vulnerability resolution Stay current with security trends and techniques Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent practical experience in cybersecurity, focusing on network/web penetration testing, red teaming, AI red teaming, cloud penetration testing, and security assessments Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, and Azure certifications are highly preferred Experience with security threats, scanning tools, assessment methodologies, and understanding of security principles, controls, and technologies; practical experience in cloud security and penetration testing; familiarity with MITRE ATLAS, OWASP, PTES, and NIST Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell); knowledge of adversarial machine learning techniques and ML frameworks Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work independently Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future KPMG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and well-being benefits.
