Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in all 50 states, with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing properties, conducting market analysis, taking professional photographs, preparing marketing materials, and utilizing social media for property promotion. They will manage showings, open houses, negotiations, and the contracts process from signing to closing. They will provide exemplary customer service and support to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales skills Knowledge of Real Property management Ability to conduct market analysis and develop marketing strategies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for marketing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Seniority level
