(Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos) Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution. Taking and defending depositions (yes, you'll get to do them!) Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partner's desk Making court appearances and arguing your heart out Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses What You Bring: 3+ years of litigation experience California Bar license (Nevada Bar is a bonus, but not required) Killer research and writing skills Poise, presence, and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom What's In It for You: Competitive compensation: $110K–$200K (we pay trial warriors what they're worth) Hybrid schedule (yes, you can work in your sweatpants… sometimes) 100% covered health, dental, and vision A team that supports you and tries cases with you We go to trial.
