What You’ll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)
Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution.
Taking and defending depositions (yes, you’ll get to do them!) Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partner’s desk
Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses
What You Bring
3+ years of litigation experience
Killer research and writing skills
Poise, presence, and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom
