Silicon Program Manager
This team is Silicon program team. We create Silicon chips and IPs, and the team is building modules and test chips right now. Key projects: This role will contribute to working on the analog silicon chip. The role will consist of: managing the coding efforts of all the silicon engineering, managing their own task lists, reviews, organizing and scheduling meetings, interfacing the imports from all the engineering teams so developers can put the test chips together. Compelling Story: This role provides the opportunity to provide the test chips and work on the most advanced silicon processed node. Candidate Requirements - Years of Experience Required: 8 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: Bachelors or Masters in electrical engineering degree is preferred. Disqualifiers: lack of explicit silicon program management experience is a disqualifier. Poor or insufficient silicon program management experience is also a disqualifier based on previous hiring outcomes. Candidates must meet the onsite requirement. Remote-only candidates will not be considered. What you will do: interface with analog silicon team on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers/Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports. This position will mainly focus on Analog silicon modules development projects. Understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminologies is very important. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also specified as essential. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines and overall communication. Top 3 Hard Skills Required: Years of Experience 1. Experience with Program Management in Silicon environments 2. Understanding of Silicon Engineering 3.
