Agency Relationship Manager (ARM)

for our

New England

territory. The ARM will travel in person and engage via phone with assigned tier 1 and 2 agents and brokers. The territory includes Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Preference is given to candidates residing in Massachusetts. The ARM's primary responsibility is managing agency relationships and renewal clients. The ARM will work closely with an

Agency Sales Manager (ASM) , who focuses on new client acquisition. Both will share responsibilities for written premium growth, with the ARM handling existing client new business and cross-selling, and the ASM focusing on acquiring new clients within the same agency groups. The ARM reports directly to the

Personal Lines Manager for Boston . Key Responsibilities:

Develop agency business plans focused on client retention and cross-selling. Manage renewal retention by effectively communicating rate and exposure changes using value-based selling techniques. Cross-sell and upsell existing clients through account rounding initiatives. Follow up on quotes and optimize quotes with agents. Support assigned agencies with non-new client sales activities, including: Agency training on Chubb's products, services, and competitive advantages. Product and rate change updates. Marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at existing clients, including COI sponsorships. Address agency inquiries related to billing, policy services, claims, commissions, licensing, and systems. Conduct sales, service, system, and continuing education training via webinars or in-person. Follow a disciplined sales process, including Salesforce documentation. Analyze book management results to identify trends in the territory and within agencies. Build and maintain trusted agency relationships primarily through in-person engagement. Participate in internal meetings and report on performance as needed. Collaborate with underwriting on retention and cross-selling strategies. Work with teams across Sales, Underwriting, Risk Consulting, Product, Claims, and Branch Administration. Qualifications:
