Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview We are seeking an IT Project Manager to assist our Information Technology (IT) team. The IT team delivers quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. As an IT Project Manager, you will: Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Partner cross-functionally to identify technology solutions for the business Determine optimal methodologies and strategies for project success Key Responsibilities Participate in IT portfolio management activities, collaborating with IT and business unit leaders Identify opportunities for improvements, including business case development and project scoping Review project proposals/plans to determine timelines, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation Manage various systems/application development projects from inception to implementation, which includes:

Establishing work plans and assigning project personnel Scheduling deliverables, milestones, and tasks Managing and motivating project teams throughout project lifecycle Developing strategies, plans, methods, and tools Keeping projects on track, initiating corrective action as needed Resolving issues with customers and escalating problems to upper management in a timely manner Creating and presenting status reports, as well as modifying schedules/plans when required

Regularly prepare project status and/or portfolio summaries for management Present project status, risks, and issues to IT and business leadership Lead and promote creative problem-solving and delivery of quality solutions to support business needs Requirements & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including IT project management Industry experience in tower, operations, leasing, or real estate Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and effectively present ideas Ability to work cross-functionally and at multiple organizational levels Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
