The Impact

Lead the analytics team to advance measurement, attribution, and forecasting across all media channels. Deliver actionable insights, optimize client marketing investments, and continuously work on establishing the link between media and clients’ business results. Expert in marketing analytics and various approaches to media effectiveness measurement: attribution modeling, brand lift, cross-channel measurement, MMM and MTA, and others. Media agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor analytics team on measurement and attribution Design and improve MTA/MMM frameworks for clients, either via internal Omnicom measurement providers, or external vendors Align measurement strategies with client goals and media plans Oversee attribution logic across all media channels Aggregate and analyze data to optimize ROAS and KPIs Drive A/B and incrementality testing to validate models Synthesize complex findings clearly to clients and stakeholders Stay current on measurement tech, privacy, and best practices Ensure smooth and transparent delivery of data and results to clients, using a mix of automated reporting, business intelligence tools and data visualizations Foster a data-driven culture within the agency Collaborate closely with peers to for a seamless integration of analytics into Media, Strategy, and Research teams’ outputs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field 7+ years in analytics/measurement/attribution; 3+ in media agency Advanced knowledge of key advertising effectiveness methodologies (MTA, MMM, Incrementality testing, brand lift testing) Familiarity with BI or data visualization platforms (Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI) Familiarity with media measurement solutions (iSpot, Innovid, VideoAmp, etc) Expert in Excel, .txt files; SQL/Python/R a plus Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations Familiar with data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$140,000—$170,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
