Job Description Responsibilities: PCBA Handling Firmware loading, testing, and rework Soldering and troubleshooting using tools like oscilloscopes Device Rework & Refurbishment Hands-on repair and refurbishment of medical devices Root cause analysis and corrective actions Support for R&D and Production Pilot builds for new products Material control and independent support of production lines Fixture and Test System Development Building and verifying custom test setups Collaborating with engineering on design and validation Process Improvement & Documentation Feedback on manufacturing processes Execution of MPIs (Manufacturing Process Instructions) and WIs (Work Instructions) Adherence to GMP and GDP standards Required Skills & Experience 5+ years

in medical device or PCBA manufacturing Strong

technical hands-on experience

with electronics Soldering components at the PC Board level Familiarity with

ISO 13485 ,

FDA regulations , and

IPC-A-610 Proficiency in

schematic reading ,

automated systems , and

documentation tools
