Position Overview:

The system administrator will oversee daily operation of multiple aspects of the organization's infrastructure including physical and virtual systems. The system administrator will also work very closely with internal teams in the design, planning and execution of production and internal tactical projects.

The IT Systems Administrator will be expected to work on-site five days a week in our Somerset, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities: Support and maintenance of all server and application systems both on-prem and in Azure. Oversee user management in both on-prem AD as well as O365 Responsible for maintaining patching for all windows servers Manage Citrix environment to support our ERP system Maintain backup systems including daily and disaster recovery solutions Manage access to network resources via Zscaler Standardizing environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards The design and implementation of high availability/hosted solutions to reduce on-premises systems Maximizing system performance by monitoring day to day performance, troubleshooting problems and outages and making recommendations based on experience. Manage access to all 3rd party SaaS applications Work with production vendors on any server related needs Securing systems by working with Information Security team and remediating findings on security tools Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations Liaising with project management teams, third -tier engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis Aid in the monitoring, support and reliability engineering of the Datacenter including network infrastructure and servers Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 4 years' work and/or network engineer work experience Solid technical background with Active Directory and O365 Knowledge of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA management Knowledge of telecommunications technologies including voice, data, broadband, VoIP, and Internet services, and the deployment and implementation of these services a plus Windows system administration Experience with Vmware and dense virtualization environments Midsize and Enterprise experience, preferred SharePoint and Teams administration VLAN segmentation and networking knowledge Needs to be open to change and drive change opportunities Able to provide excellent oral and written communications Candidate must be a team player with good customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours if required. Exhibit strong end to end troubleshooting skills for system, network or application. Physical requirements and work environment:

Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to sustain office work for 8+ hours per day including the following:

Must be able to work beyond 40-hour week during upgrades or new functionality rollout if necessary Office environment is of moderate noise level.
