Survey Cad Technician
We are seeking a skilled Survey Cad Technician with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on residential and commercial survey projects, primarily focusing on design in New Jersey. Responsibilities Perform title surveys to determine property lines and boundaries. Conduct route surveys for infrastructure and transportation projects. Assist in construction layout, ensuring accurate placement of structures. Create and update tax maps reflecting current property assessments. Establish and verify property boundaries for land development projects. Essential Skills Proficiency in Civil 3D, Map 3D, or Microstation software. Experience with land surveying techniques and tools. Competency in Carlson Survey software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior construction layout or field experience is preferred. Work Environment This position is based on-site five days a week. You will be working for a family-owned firm known for its excellent benefits and high retention rates.
