Survey CAD Technician
We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on residential and commercial survey projects, primarily focusing on design in New Jersey. Responsibilities include: performing title surveys to determine property lines and boundaries, conducting route surveys for infrastructure and transportation projects, assisting in construction layout, ensuring accurate placement of structures, creating and updating tax maps reflecting current property assessments, and establishing and verifying property boundaries for land development projects. Essential skills include proficiency in Civil 3D, Map 3D, or Microstation software, experience with land surveying techniques and tools, and competency in Carlson Survey software. Prior construction layout or field experience is preferred. This position is based on-site, five days a week. You will be working for a family-owned firm known for its excellent benefits and high retention rates. The firm is experiencing growth and seeks to expand its team to support additional projects.
