PLC control systems ,

industrial robotics ,

motor controls ,

vision systems , and

custom manufacturing equipment . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop

electrical control panels

for machinery and systems. Create and implement

PLC

and

HMI programs . Develop systems that meet current

safety standards . Commission and troubleshoot

VFDs ,

servo motor applications , and

industrial networking

systems. Manage individual projects, including

budget control , customer communication, scheduling, installation, and startup. Program and integrate

industrial robots

(e.g., FANUC) desirable but not mandatory. Diagnose and resolve issues with

PLC controllers ,

industrial networks

(Ethernet/IP, Profinet),

motor control systems ,

servo drives , and

electrical distribution systems . Occasional travel required (approx. 25%). Qualifications: Technical Degree

in industrial control automation or a related field. Proven experience in

PLC programming , with a preference for

Rockwell Automation

and

GE/Emerson products . Expertise in

electrical theory ,

robotics ,

controls components , and

automated equipment . Proficiency in troubleshooting and designing

HMI

and

control network components . Hands-on experience with

motor controls

(e.g., motor starters, VFDs, DC drives). Strong background in troubleshooting

industrial electrical systems , including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems. Ability to interpret, modify, and create
