Business Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise security usage and supporting security growth within the organization. As part of the CSU Customer Success Unit, you will work collaboratively with global teams, providing essential support across various geographies. Responsibilities: Help the field understand usage metrics and reduce issue escalations by maintaining metric 101 decks, FAQs, and Wikipedia pages. Act as a point of triage to identify issues that can be addressed via educational material and assist in resolving systematic issues. Manage end-to-end escalations, including triage, follow-up, deep dives, and communication of ETA to close escalations. Drive field visibility to content to help reduce easy-to-solve issue escalations. Create visibility into the types and status of usage telemetry issues, highlighting areas of concern. Identify opportunities for new types of field training and communications to reduce issues. Collaborate with the IDEAs organization to resolve telemetry issues and understand larger field impacts. Maintain relationships with upstream and downstream usage telemetry stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Essential Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience with the ability to build Power BI reports. Minimum 2 years of experience with manipulating Excel data, including using formulas and VLOOKUP. Experience working with and analyzing data in Excel. Experience with handling escalations, managing SLA, and monitoring progress. Strong communication and program management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with field/MCAPs. Experience querying product telemetry. Knowledge of security solutions. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
