6-Month Contract-To-Hire PAY RANGE:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst. 3+ years of experience working with Azure SQL. 2+ years of experience with Power BI, specifically to build joins, aggregated files, etc. 2+ years of experience working with Databricks, specifically building pipelines, querying and processing tables, etc. 2+ years of experience working with Python. Experience with Azure Cloud Experience working in a retail environment. Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. SUMMARY & OVERVIEW: Our client is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This individual will work on one of the two projects. Project 1: Focused on Communication, Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis and Insights Project 2: Focused on Databricks Architecture, Technical Best Practices, New Program Development, and Reporting Responsibilities: Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on any dataset and perform descriptive analytics. Understanding data pipelines and ability to request/shape data requirements. Power BI or equivalent experience in designing and developing dashboards. Ability to work with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources for generating insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to consume data outputs and embed into dashboards. Shaping requirements for self-service dashboards and data insights. Familiarity with experimentation and measurement at scale. Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
