Job Description Craft Customized Treatment Programs: Assess patient needs and establish personalized therapy plans designed to help fulfill their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize evidence-based approaches to bolster patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily functions. Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and families on therapeutic methods to ensure continued progress outside of clinical settings. Track and Adjust Development: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatments as necessary to keep patients on the right path to recovery. Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school. Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills
