Your Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and develop individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them accomplish their personal goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills. Engage with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Impart knowledge on therapeutic methods to patients and caregivers, encouraging continued progress at home. Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical progress and modify approaches as needed to ensure that patients are meeting their objectives. Qualifications

Dynamically acquired degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is supported and encouraged. Licenses and Certifications

Current occupational therapist license (OTR/L) required. Certification from the

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) mandatory. Essential Skills
