About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Commercial Counsel to join their global legal team. The successful candidate will be a strategic legal business partner, responsible for overseeing the negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements, including client contracts, SaaS/cloud agreements, and partnership agreements. This role requires a leader who can develop and implement scalable legal processes, manage a team of attorneys and contract professionals, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The Vice President will also be involved in driving innovation within the legal team, particularly in the area of contract lifecycle management, and will provide commercial legal support for new service offerings, including those related to generative AI.
