About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Engineering to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the global engineering organization, with a focus on strategic direction, clarity, and urgency. This role involves setting a clear vision for engineering that aligns with company priorities and product strategy, driving high-velocity, AI-forward product delivery, and fostering a performance culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and innovation. The VP of Engineering will also be a key partner in the integration of AI into the company's products and engineering workflows, ensuring that the team remains at the highest caliber as they scale.

Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
