Document Specialist (Temporary 3 Month Contract)

Job Summary: The Document Specialist will support daily document handling operations, including preparing, scanning, and assembling materials to meet production and quality standards. This is a temporary overnight role requiring strict adherence to shift times and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday Overtime possible as required No flexibility with shift times Contract Duration: 3 months Key Responsibilities:
Open, separate, prep, and scan incoming documents. Inspect and assemble scanned files to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot scanning equipment; perform minor maintenance. Maintain organized workstation and complete required documentation. Comply with dress code: business casual attire, closed-toe shoes, no activewear, no offensive designs. Must Haves / Requirements Summary:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills for training and equipment operation. Ability to work independently in a high-paced production setting. Comfortable with noise, repetitive tasks, and moderate stress levels. Physical ability to lift 1050 lbs. as needed, and stand for up to 8 hours. Additional Notes:
Cell phones must remain on silent and stored in lockers; personal use on the floor is prohibited. A 30-minute lunch break is provided. Vending machines and kitchen facilities are available on site.
