Staffmark is hiring a Document Imaging Specialist for our newest client in Columbus, OH. While previous experience is preferred, we are ready to hire the best , most reliable candidate for this role.
Schedule Options:
1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | $19 per hour 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM | $20 per hour 3rd Shift | 11 PM - 7:30 AM | $20 per hour Monday - Friday Qualifications:
Entry level, high level of attention to detail, strong ability to identify errors and inconsistencies, proficient in basic computer operations, strong organizational and time management, prior experience in QC, document review, or data verification.
Document Imaging Specialist Summary:
This role will be responsible for scanning deconstructed books and ensuring the accurate conversion of physical materials into high-quality digital files. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and stage deconstructed books for scanning. Operate scanning equipment to produce accurate and legible digital files. Review scanned materials for quality assurance, ensuring files are complete and error-free. Ensure digital files are correctly indexed, labeled, and archived. Maintain accurate records of quality control checks and escalate recurring issues as needed. Consistently meet established productivity and quality benchmarks. Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
