We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As the first point of contact for customers, the Office Clerk will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall functionality of our office. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for physical and digital documents. Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and reordering as necessary. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner. Provide support to other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $30 - $34 per hour.
