Are you an experienced purchasing professional ready to take ownership of vendor management, cost savings, and inventory optimization? We are seeking a
Purchasing Professional
to oversee equipment purchasing, manage inventory levels, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
What You’ll Do: Purchase equipment from vendors and maintain stock for resale. Track inventory levels and reorder as needed to avoid shortages. Place orders strategically to maximize discounts and minimize freight costs. Verify order confirmations for accuracy in pricing and availability. Work closely with shipping and sales teams to meet project timelines. (Future growth) Negotiate contracts and lead a team of purchasing clerks as business expands.
What You Bring: Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage deadlines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary: $75K–$100K Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with 3% Match (after 6 months) Employer-Paid Life & Disability Insurance Paid Time Off & Vacation .
