Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy programs to help them achieve their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living tasks. Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Families: Teach therapy techniques to patients and their families to promote continuous improvement in their own environment. Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track. Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications. Certifications
Active
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license required. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills
