Role Responsibilities Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements to create tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving their desired outcomes. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-supported methodologies to bolster patients' physical skills, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities. Engage in Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care for each patient. Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance on therapeutic strategies to empower families and enhance patient progress beyond the clinical environment. Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient developments and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure continual improvement. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Encouragement provided for ongoing learning and professional development. Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license is essential. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential mandatory. Core Skills
