Must Have Qualifications

Required 1+ years of SAP/CRP Knowledge Microsoft Outlook, Excel (medium to high understanding), PowerPoint Business Intelligence (BI) System experience Order Book management Experience in digital marketplace Job Responsibilities

Provide premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication and a proactive approach Answer in-coming emails and calls from customer service team, account team members, and internal partners Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation At The Planet Group, we deliver strategic talent solutions across industries through contract, direct hire, and contract-to-hire services-matching top experts with the companies that need them most.
