Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' unique needs and design individual therapy programs that help them reach their personal functional milestones. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities. Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Professionals: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a well-rounded, patient-centered care plan. Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers in understanding therapy practices that promote continued success at home. Track Progress and Adapt Treatment Plans: Monitor clinical developments and refine therapy approaches to maintain alignment with patients' ongoing goals. Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university. Encouragement and support for continued education or additional certifications. Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required. NBCOT

certification mandatory. Skills
