PCI Senior Project Engineer - Masthead Rigging Operations
PCI is seeking a
Senior Project Engineer
for its Masthead Rigging operations based in Tempe, AZ. This individual will provide project management support for commercial projects, including specialty walls, ceilings, and clean-rooms. Key responsibilities include: Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance Prepare RFI’s and submittals Conduct quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation Support Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program Requirements
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline, or comparable work experience OSHA Certification Additional Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings Strong communication skills, both oral and written Teamwork and customer service skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic Preferred Requirements:
