Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to assist clients in reaching their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-backed methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and essential daily tasks. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to offer inclusive, all-encompassing care. Educate Patients and Families: Equip clients and their caregivers with vital information on therapy practices that promote sustained progress beyond sessions. Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient progression. Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Encouragement and support for continuing education and advanced certifications. Licensure

Current

OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed)

certification. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills
