Derflan is seeking a Product Manager to join our consulting team, supporting community-focused programs for a global technology leader.
This full-time, on-site consulting role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, cross-functional planning, and mission-driven work. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, and data-informed decision-making to help scale high-impact initiatives. Seattle, WA (On-site, Monday through Friday) Contract Duration:
6 months with potential for extension or conversion This role is based in the Seattle office and requires on-site presence five days a week. Candidates must already reside in the Seattle area to be considered. Key Responsibilities Support strategic planning efforts for community programs, including resource forecasting, goal-setting, and cross-team alignment Advance marketing and communications strategies to recruit nonprofit partners Collaborate with internal data teams to track program impact and generate insights Coordinate high-priority requests across program management, communications, and reporting Operate autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders across business functions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive clarity in ambiguous environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors degree strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications Amazon boomerang experience preferred Background in nonprofit, social impact, or community-facing work Experience in program strategy, communications, or public sector partnerships Why Join Us As a Derflan consultant, youll be part of a team that supports high-impact, socially driven programs at some of the worlds most innovative companies.
