Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, mediations, and trials Draft and review motions, pleadings, briefs, legal memoranda, and contracts Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution Collaborate with legal teams to build effective case strategies Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and precedents Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and opposing counsel Requirements

Strong interest in litigation with prior experience handling active caseloads Ability to manage high-stakes cases with attention to detail Commitment to client service and professional excellence Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school Certifications

Active license to practice law in the State of California (required) Skills
