Associate Attorney

for its Hamilton, New Jersey office. The position offers the opportunity to join a high-volume department with strong leadership and a dynamic caseload. Key Responsibilities: Manage litigation files from commencement through resolution Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment and default Conduct legal research and review case files Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motions Negotiate settlements and prepare settlement documentation Handle post-judgment enforcement procedures, including asset searches, bank levies, and garnishments Ideal Practice Area Background: Candidates with experience in the following legal areas are especially encouraged to apply: Creditors' Rights Commercial Litigation Collections & Recovery Law Business Litigation Enforcement of Judgments Secured Transactions / UCC Litigation Default Commercial Loan Litigation Required Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in

New Jersey

and/or

New York Minimum

3 years of litigation experience Proven ability to manage cases independently from filing through resolution Strong legal research and writing skills (Lexis-Nexis experience preferred) Familiarity with creditors' rights, collections, or commercial finance litigation is highly desirable 401(k) plan with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Seniority level
