Job Overview

An established national Am Law firm is looking for a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join its California litigation practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dedicated automotive litigation team and gain significant trial and arbitration experience while building a strong foundation in consumer warranty defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent major automotive manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in consumer warranty disputes.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including:

o Motion practice

o Depositions

o Mediations and settlement negotiations

o Trial and arbitration preparation

• Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and client communications.

• Handle court appearances, hearings, and arbitration sessions.

• Collaborate with senior litigators and maintain proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in automotive or product liability matters.

• Strong background in trial and arbitration preparation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage discovery, deadlines, and client needs effectively.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with solid academic performance.

• Active California Bar license, in good standing.
