Are you a seasoned Superintendent ready to lead large-scale projects ? Our client, a top-tier General Contractor, is looking for a talented leader to take charge of multi-million-dollar builds from the ground up. Specializing in projects between $5M and $50M , and having experience in the MF, Education, and Commercial sectors, would make you poised to lend your expertise to some of the most exciting construction projects in the region.

What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Lead and manage onsite teams, from subcontractors to site safety personnel, to ensure a smooth and safe construction process.
  • Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to align project goals and execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, keeping the project moving forward.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.

Who You Are :

  • 5+ years of experience leading ground-up construction projects $5M and up .
  • Proven leadership in coordinating large project teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to keep projects running smoothly.
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
