The Opportunity :

The firm is seeking a Probate Litigator to join its growing Litigation practice in Needham, MA. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in contested probate, trust, and fiduciary matters while handling a wide range of civil litigation. Attorneys in this group enjoy meaningful client interaction, a collegial environment, and the ability to take ownership of cases from start to finish.

• Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation - from drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery to court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations. The position provides exposure to complex disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries, with the support of an experienced team and a collaborative firm culture.
• Known for its discretion, technical precision, and thoughtful advocacy, the firm maintains lower billable hour expectations than many larger Boston firms, allowing attorneys to prioritize impactful work, build strong client relationships, and continue to grow professionally.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of practical litigation experience, including the ability to take an active role in all phases of litigation
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical, and advocacy skills
