Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accounting policies aligned with U.S. GAAP
- Lead technical research and create accounting memos for complex transactions
- Monitor new GAAP guidance and manage implementation across teams
- Oversee reporting and disclosures for financial statements and SEC filings
- Coordinate audits and support impairment testing across asset groups
- Train team members and act as key liaison between departments
Qualifications :
- CPA preferred; bachelors in accounting or finance required
- 58 years experience, ideally in Big 4 and public company settings
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP for financial instruments and transactions
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
