Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented HR professional ready to make a real impact? Stanley Auto Group is looking for an experienced Human Resources & Benefits Manager to join our team.
At Stanley Auto Group, our "People Team" supports approximately 230 employees across six dealerships in Texas. We pride ourselves on being responsive, caring, and efficient. We believe in creating an exceptional experience for every employee from their first day.
In this role, you will be a key part of our team, coordinating with leadership to ensure compliance with all people and benefits processes. You'll also provide essential backup for payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge: General understanding of labor and wage laws, including Worker's Compensation and FMLA.
- Education: College Degree Required
- Preferred Experience: Experience with dealership HR and/or payroll for 100+ employees and/or ADP Payroll Interface is a plus.
- Competitive Salary: Your annual salary will be based on your experience.

- Paid Time Off: Earn up to 19 days of PTO.
- Work Environment: This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday to Friday.
