Human Resources Specialist (Staffing Agency).

Position: Human Resources Generalist Location: Irving, Texas.

Employment Type: Full-time Paid: $ 25 per hour.

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team and support our recruitment and employee management processes.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits with internal systems or external providers.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
• Generate HR reports and contribute to agency performance tracking Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR or recruitment experience (staffing agency experience highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR practices. • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (WorkBright).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
• Familiarity with job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
• Ability to build networks and talent pipelines.
