Data Entry Clerk
Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk for a full-time opportunity with a reputable company in Portsmouth, NH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is tech-savvy, and can maintain high accuracy while working at a steady pace.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update large volumes of data into internal systems and databases
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
- Verify and validate information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with report generation and data analysis as needed
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify or obtain missing information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative role
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (45+ WPM preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
