Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis fully remote. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing and organizing data while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You'll play a key part in supporting our education-focused operations by handling essential data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and organize data from various sources into designated systems or spreadsheets.
- Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage, format, and analyze data as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

- Stay up-to-date with tools and techniques to improve data entry processes.
- Manage workloads efficiently to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and basic analysis.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
