Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CDICU). The RN will provide specialized care for post-operative cardiothoracic patients, monitoring and managing complex cardiac and pulmonary conditions while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in NY – Required

• Certification in BLS and ACLS – Required

• Previous CDICU or critical care experience – Required

• Completion of facility attestation form – Required

Assignment Highlights:

• Provide direct patient care for post-cardiac surgery patients

• Monitor hemodynamic and respiratory status, titrate medications, and perform interventions as necessary

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility policies
