The Branch Manager is responsible for profitability, team leadership, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and overall branch success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Maintain safe business practices and compliance with regulations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive branch growth and profitability through sales and operational efficiency
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
- Oversee showroom and product merchandising
- Supervise logistics, warehouse operations, and fleet management
- Minimize damage and loss through effective controls
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of management experience, ideally in building material distribution, construction supply, or a related industry
- Familiarity with residential and commercial roofing, windows, doors, or exterior siding a strong plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
