Quality Supervisor- Recycling
CMC seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee quality assurance in our scrap metal recycling operations. Responsibilities include maintaining team and customer relationships, aligning quality goals with corporate standards, and supporting high-quality product delivery.

What You'll Do
- Review customer claims and settlements from for accuracy, address issues, and communicate concerns with traders and yard teams.
- Partner with traders and yard personnel to address quality-related inquiries and complaints.
- Stay up to date and ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, certifications, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update the CMC Recycling Quality Management System (QMS).
- Communicate with customers to maintain up-to-date shipment and delivery specifications.
- Prepare and manage documentation for audits and certifications.

- Commitment to safety practices and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Some travel required initially for training, less than 10% long term
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
