In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care in our state-of-the-art EP and Cath labs. You will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest level of patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver one-on-one patient care in a high-acuity setting.- Prepare and assist with various procedures including pacemaker insertions, EP studies, SVT ablations, loop recorder insertions, PCI, diagnostic catheters, TEEs, and cardioversions.- Circulate the procedure room efficiently with minimal supervision.- Collaborate with a team of 2 Registered Nurses and 3 Technicians to maintain seamless operation in the Cath and EP labs.- Utilize equipment such as Carto, Claris, and Acist in patient care.- Document patient information accurately using Meditech and Merge Hemo systems. Qualifications: - Current RN licensure in the state of practice.- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab and EP experience.- Advanced skills in circulating procedures with minimal orientation required.- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS. Unit Details: - Number of Beds: 2 rooms; 1 EP lab, 1 Cath lab- Patient Ratios: 1:1- Scheduling Requirements: 5 days a week, on-call for a minimum of 12 shifts per month.
