Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain (Finance)
As a Senior Finance Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, contributing significantly to the organization's performance.
You will report directly to the Director of Finance on a Hybrid work schedule based in Mason, OH; Richardson, TX; Houston, TX; or Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leading and managing the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability. Your expertise in supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain operations and improving cost efficiency.
MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Oracle, HFM, Tableau, and Power BI experience
- Strong Excel and presentation skills
- Use of Artificial Intelligence to drive reporting and process improvement
- Ability to travel (domestic and international) as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with ISC Leadership in Finance, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory to manage spending, working capital, and support ISC Operations
- Analyze and measure purchasing productivity, PPV, and vendor performance with Procurement
- Manage quarterly IOS analysis
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate and timely freight invoice reporting and settlement
- Forecast, analyze, and report on warehouse and ISC departmental productivity
- Drive work standardization, continuous improvement, and digital tool adoption
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required
