As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will take a critical role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, contributing significantly to the organization's performance.
You will report directly to our Director of Finance on a Hybrid work schedule based in one of the following locations: Mason, OH; Richardson, TX, Houston, TX, or Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you will impact the organization by helping to lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability. Your expertise in supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain operations and improving cost efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with ISC Leadership Finance, Procurement, Planning and Inventory leadership to proactively manage spending, working capital, and support ISC Operations
Work with Procurement to analyze and measure purchasing productivity, PPV and measure vendor performance
Manager the quarterly IOS analysis
Work with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely reporting and settlement of freight invoices
Forecast, analyze, report and drive warehouse and ISC support departmental productivity
Drive work standardization, continuous improvement, and use of digital tools
Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required
MUST HAVE
6+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience
Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
Oracle, HFM, Tableau and Power BI experience
Strong Excel and presentation skills
Use of Artificial Intelligence to drive reporting and process improvement
Ability to travel (domestic and international) as required
