About The Role
Were seeking a Finance Manager to join a growing healthcare organization. This is a highly visible role within the FP&A department, where youll partner closely with both Corporate and Operations leadership to deliver financial clarity and drive results across a multi-unit business.
As Finance Manager, youll be the trusted financial partner to field leadership providing insights, shaping budgets, identifying opportunities, and helping leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and wants to make an impact on both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities- Finance Manager

• Partner with field and corporate leadership to analyze financial results and identify opportunities.
• Lead the annual budget process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and support performance reviews with senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Review KPIs, highlight variances, and recommend actions to improve results.
• Provide financial insights on new initiatives and process changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and accountability.
  

Qualifications- Finance Manager

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or retail accounting experience (multi-unit healthcare is a plus).
• Strong experience building and using financial models.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
